Here is our first adventure. We took a week off to look for place in Denver. On the way, we decided to stop by the Rocky Mountain National Park and camp for a few nights. Here, I am less than 100 ft from our place.
And it is raining! Not a good sign for camping. This picture is a theme for the rest of the week. However, the rain was nothing compared to the blizzard we drove through the rockies at 12,000ft.
The scenery was beautiful and luckly we didn't get too wet. There was an abundance of wildlife, including these lovely creatures.
This was a wonderful trip and we are exciting to leave close to the park. But the mountains to the west of us really mixed us up and made for very early sunrises.
